Yes. It's preferred if a john is clean, so shower first by all means. It's nice if one is paid before hand, yes, but in my experience that was rarely done. One may have asked for advanced pay, but, really where does that get anyone? By I once asked my college prof if he talked to his wife after sex. He said he did if there was a phone handy. By Chortle!
