Presumably those guys are all grown men? And they all went into marriage by choice and not at the muzzle of a shotgun? So they've no-one to blame but themselves.
I'm betting that if any of those whiners had the guts to rent-a-blowjob, as you suggested, they'd do nothing but whine about having to use condoms.

In the aggregate, there's a lot of pain in that thread, "whining" or No. It looks to me like confusing fulfilling dynastic requirements with romance and romance with sex and any of the above with love has caused a lot of problems.
Well, you won't get any argument from me on that point.
